- Admins - Your admins will learn how to manage your instance of Zendesk utilizing industry best practices. Includes training on all admin functions and reporting.
- Agents - Your agents will learn the skills necessary to use Support, Chat, Talk, and Guide.
- Services can be offered on-site or remotely and will be led by a Zendesk Certified Admin Expert.
