Soft Skills training for busy agents and managers
CX260™ is a 260 day soft-skills training program for customer service representatives and customer success teams. Conventional training for soft-skills often never occurs as most employees are onboarded, trained on technical skills to do the job and then given some feedback on their performance reviews. That is, if they haven't already left for another job because of burnout.
CX260™ focuses on equipping customer service teams with soft-skills through a daily dose of short, impactful and easy to use trainings. Each training utilizes the SATRDÉ S.T.E.P.™ methodology to assist each trainee with comprehension and putting into practice what they learn. Each trainee will receive relevant content to Study, Test, Equip and Practice. Lessons will be 5-10 mins long and will be automatically assigned with email notification as a reminder.
